As an automatic fertigation system, Grower covers the whole cycle: from drawing your irrigation network to auditing every command. These are the features the fertigation machine and its platform run.

Zones and hydraulic network

In the Zone Designer you draw your network once: the zones with their crop and area, the valve that opens each one with its flow, the groups that irrigate together and the injection head's injectors.

The platform validates the hydraulics before publishing: if the draft asks for more water than the pump can give, it tells you. On apply, the network travels to the machine with a version number.

Fertigation recipes

A recipe is a sequence of steps. Each step says which zone or group it irrigates, when to stop — by time, by volume, by drainage % or by a sensor condition — and with which pH, EC and injector mix.

Every step carries a mandatory maximum safety timeout, and the head applies adaptive control over pH and EC during the pulse. The recipe is written once and launched from the Console, the App or the kiosk.

Irrigation scheduling

A schedule launches a recipe on its own, at a fixed time, on the weekdays you choose: REC-A, Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 11:00. The machine fires it even without internet, and from the App you switch it on or off with one tap.

Automatic irrigation strategies

Besides recipes, each zone can have a strategy: the rule the machine uses to decide on its own, every minute, when and how much to irrigate. Six families cover everything from the crop's curve to accumulated radiation:

FamilyHow it decides
F1 · PhenologicalBy crop age: mL per plant per day according to days after transplant.
F2 · Soil moistureIrrigates when the moisture sensor drops below the threshold.
F3 · EvapotranspirationReplaces what the crop evapotranspired, split across the day's irrigations.
F4 · Water balanceKeeps count of water in and out and replaces the deficit.
F5 · Accumulated radiationFires a pulse as radiation accumulates, from a pyranometer or live weather.
F6 · Active trayAdjusts the pulses with radiation and the drainage measured in the tray.

Strategies pass protections before opening and respect priority: a running recipe outranks manual mode, and manual outranks the strategy. A zone without a strategy never irrigates on its own.

Alarms and notifications

The machine raises the alarm itself: a reading out of range, a pump without flow, a clogged channel. Critical ones arrive as phone notifications.

People acknowledge them ("I saw it") and resolve them ("it is handled"); they can also be snoozed for 30 minutes. The machine never closes an alarm on its own: there is always a record of who handled it.

Probe calibration

The pH and EC probes are calibrated from the kiosk with a step-by-step assistant that validates the reading before saving it. Every calibration is recorded and the Console shows when each probe was last calibrated.

Reports and audit log

Performance indicators — water savings, yield, maximum pH and EC error —, telemetry history with charts per variable, CSV exports and an audit log where every command says who sent it, from where and what the machine decided.
